Email Address ChangeJD Energy’s customer inquiry email address will be changed from customer@jd-energy.com.cn to customer@jdenergy.com. The employee email suffix will be uniformly updated from @jd-energy.com.cn to @jdenergy.com.During the transition period (July–December 2025), both the old and new email systems will operate in parallel, and email communications will not be affected.
